Start Reviewing

To start reviewing, click the title (1) of the item you want to translate.


The item opens and the text is displayed.

  1. In the white bar on top you see the name of the item you are reviewing.

  2. On the right you see the language in which you are reviewing and the amount of words that still need action in this workflow step.

  3. On the bottom of the view you see a bar with action buttons. From left to right:

    1. Hotkeys - to clearout all translations.

    2. Translate - to pre-translate all translation areas that do not have a translation yet. This button is only available if the Google Key has been activated. This can be done by the Account owner.

    3. Images - to view images belonging to the content you are translating. This button is only visible if images are available.

    4. Cancel - to return back to the list of items. All unsaved changes will be discarded.

    5. Save - to save all the changes made at once.

    6. Reject - to reject the translation and put it back in the workflow for the translator. To reject an item you have to reject at least one translation. To do this you click reject under the translation area and leave a comment. Refer to Comments for more info.

    7. Publish - if the item is reviewed and ok for publishing. The item will dissapear from the list and become available in the Published tab.

    8. Move to the previous or next item - clicking the arrows on the bottom right corner will take you to the previous or next item in the list.

Every items contains several rows with original text (1) and an area with the translation (2).

  4. Below the translation area you see 4 buttons. There is one button to reject a translation and leave a comment. If you want to modify the translation you can edit it and click Save. For more on comments refer to Translation Tools
